Key responsibilities will include but not limited to Preparing and compiling technical and administrative reports Answering incoming calls with a high-level customer focus. General office tasks and support Preparing Capcapability Statements, CV, letters and Report updates & Document Formatting Job Registration and Folder Set Up Travel Bookings & Management General assistance to office managers and Directors. To be prosperous in this function, you will need: MS Office expertise Great time-management expertise and an capability to prioritize your workload.
