The All-of-Government Services Delivery Group sits within Digital Public Servicebranch and brings together the functions that deliver services to or for the publicsector, enabling service delivery synergies to be optimised. The Group is responsible for standardising and consolidating agency ICT infrastructure and services and working with the vendor market to deliver modern digital procurement models for digital and ICT. Information technology also provides critical government services including the NZ Gazette and the Domain Name System and operates a portfolio of all-of-government websites. We're looking for a full time, permanent Reporting Analyst to join our team thatcan be relied on to deliver a high-quality service.Your function will be focused onsupporting the development and delivery of analysis and insights for the DigitalPublic Service branch. To be prosperous in this function you'll need to have: · previous practice in a similar function · strong analytical thinking and intellectual expertise · practice with analytical tools like SAS, Excel, and Google Analytics 360 · strong interpersonal expertise - able to work with stakeholders to gather required information and gain buy-in to improvement recommendations · good knowledge of government planning and reporting processes · excellent written communication expertise and be comfortable conveying complex information to a wide audience knowledge or practice working with ICT services or digital products would be an advantage.
