The award has developed over 30 years and sits credibly within the New Zealand arts community. A high standard of work is selected to form the exhibition from nationwide entries by three pre-selection judges working independently, and offers over $20,000 in prizes.For participants, the award offers professional development opportunities to artists by showcasing their 3D practice to peers, collectors, critics, museum curators, the media and the community at large. Before you enter - please have ready: » Artist information - Name, address, email and phone numbers. » Artwork - Title of work, medium used, dimensions of work, (eg 200mm x 1000mm x 450mm), and weight of work. » Price for sale including commission (35% inc.GST.) » Digital images for upload. You may submit up to three images with each entry. One of the images must be of the whole work in a gallery or studio space. Digital images to be 1-3MG saved as jpeg files. Image file name to be the title of your work written in this format example. "my_self_portrait_1" etc. » Artist Statement optional - Up to 100 words. » Credit card / PayPal details.
