This Work in the house, Customer Service function will require you to; » speak to people into the community, providing support and guidance. » take inbound calls and make outbound calls (hence previous practice in contact centre/reception practice required) » have strong communication expertise, self motivation, attention to detail, and a curious, yet empathic nature. » pick up and navigate multiple systems quickly This is at first a short-term contract, minimum 2 weeks, paying $21 per hour + 8% holiday pay.
