Case Managers play a vital function in our communities.
As the face of the organisation, you'll engage with our clients with empathy and care, support them into work, training and community participation and ensure they receive appropriate financial assistance for their needs. Our clients have a wide variety of backgrounds, cultures, circumstances and life challenges. As a Case Manager, every day is different, busy and demanding but very compensateing as your work will have a big impact on people’s lives.
About you
We are seeking for people who can work in a fast paced, pressured environment and have the confidence to make good and considered decisions. You must have strong people expertise and be able to negotiate results. Empathy, persistence and resilience are some of your key strengths.
As a Case Manager you must be confident working across multiple computer systems and making decisions located on legislation and policy. You must also have good research expertise with current knowledge of the local community that we serve and insight and knowledge of their needs.
If you are dependable to the core and have the grit and tenacity to show up and work hard even when the going is tough, this could be the function for you.

   » prosperous candidates will be required to be located in Central Tauranga full-time for training for the period of 6-8 months.
