‘Wellbeing by default’ is our focus in the work on culture and strategy for wellbeing.
Do you care passionately about creating a great place to work? Well, this is your opportunity to jump in and make a difference to our culture and our people’s practice at Te T?h? o te Ture – Ministry of Justice.
This is a brand-new permanent function, heading up our Wellbeing team within Workplace Culture and Learning (WCL). This is a new team for you to hire so you get to build a team to deliver our brand-new Wellbeing strategy – Hei pu?waitanga m? t?tou katoa – ‘Flourishing for all’.
This is a brand-new permanent function, supporting our new Wellbeing team within Workplace Culture and Learning (WCL).
Your opportunity:
   » Support our new Wellbeing team as we implement our brand new, co-designed wellbeing strategy and connected draft three-year plan
   » Work collaboratively with other members of the WCL, People practice and Health and Safety teams in support of this work
   » Work closely with our Wellbeing providers
   » Busy and varied support function in a friendly team environment
   » Lots of opportunity for process improvement and simplification
   » Work from anywhere!

To be prosperous in the function you will need the following:
   » A passion for creating a great customer practice in everything they do
   » Strong attention to detail in general logistical and administrative activities
   » Accuracy in processing invoices and managing day to day arrangements with some of our providers/venues
   » A desire to seek out process improvements and simplifications
   » capability to work with minimum fuss and maximum accuracy and attention to detail
   » Strong relationship-building expertise with a range of people – from administrative colleagues to Senior Advisors to frontline staff
   » Clear and professional communications in every context
   » Kindness to support a team through a time of change and opportunity
   » Flex to muck in as needed!

income range:
The appointing income for this function will be between $54,689 and $71,417 located on expertise and practice.
