The main function is to ensure that our daughter is happy and well cared for, however Information technology also includes general housekeeping, some cooking and a bit of gardening. We have a smallish dog that comes with the package. Bobbie is a gentle and easy dog, but she loves attention so you must be ok with dogs :-) Abigail is is a heap of fun. I know you expect the parents to be biased, but in our case she really is! She is creative, has a super imagination, loves reading, baking, the outdoors, the beach... you name it, she is most likely to join in with enthusiasm :-) She is used to hanging out with our international helpers, and has created many firm friendships; most of them stay in regular contact with us! Darryl and Laurian are both self-employed business owners, which can make us really busy, but we smoetimes work in the house and love to get to know you and welcome you as a part of our family. This is a live-in position, where you will have your own furnished, spacious double room in the separate, fully furnished, ground floor flat of our Kilbirnie home. The hours are approximately 35-40 per week, but require a bit of flexibility as we try to take some family time over the summer, so the hours are more some weeks and less others. Your wages are paid in the form of accommodation, food and wages. We're looking for someone/s who can join us in late November and stay until mid-February. You share the 2-bedroom flat with flatmates - currently a kiwi couple in their mid-20's. You will have your own spacious bedroom, a shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom. We all share our sun-filled lawn and garden. Kilbirnie has a vibrant shopping centre just a few minutes walk from our house. We are closeto the Beach, the swimming pool, the Mt Victoria walkways and only a 15 minute bus ride into Wellington centre. The room is a very spacious double room; we are happy to negottiate the position for a couple, where one person can be our AuPair, and the other can go out to work. We've enjoyed having Au Pairs/Home Helpers for some years now and Information technology works well. Skills:
