We are seeking for a Senior Service / practice Designer to join our multidisciplinary team delivering research, strategy and designed practices - helping create a strategic advantage for New Zealand's leading business and government organisations.
A prosperous Service / practice Designer at DNA is empathetic, inclusive, practical, curious, and thrives working with a team around them. They are able to operate across gathering data and insight, conducting human centred design research, business strategy, have an eye for connecting the different parts of practices - and can work through how to deliver them.

In this function, you will.
   » Help to optimise, or re-invent the strategies, value propositions and service practices for a range of clients - across the Private sector, Not for Profit and Government.
   » Conducting exploratory research to map, evaluate, or understand issues, processes, ideas and opportunities.
   » Considering the overall goals and context of an organisation in order to drive significant improvements.
   » Working collaboratively with DNA's teams, client teams and subject matter experts.
   » Participate in a vibrant, creative and purposeful team culture.

We are seeking for.
We are seeking for people from diverse backgrounds who have practice in some or all of the areas outlined in this job description - however, you must have had practice working in a Service Design or related function.
   » 5+ years of significant practice in Service or practice Design
   » A portfolio of work demonstrating strong human-centred design capabilities across a diverse range of projects
   » skills in research, practice mapping, service blueprinting or capcapability mapping
   » Positive, curious, enthusiastic and collaborative attitude - and an intrinsic motivation to deliver the highest quality work
   » Strong interpersonal and teaming skills, empathy and adaptcapability and availability to work in interdisciplinary teams
   » A good knowledge of general business practice, and how to navigate the needs of larger organisations.
