We are looking for a professional who has previously worked in an account management role and who is thoroughly experienced in the Central Heating market. This is a high-profile role with vast scope to develop strategic direction through to implementation. You will be instrumental in driving growth within their central heating category through promoting the technical advantages to key stakeholders, as well as developing their business within the market. Naturally, their customers are central to their success, so you'll take the lead to ensure the appropriate technical and pricing support is provided to secure them as the preferred central heating partner. You'll succeed in this role because? You're results-orientated and entrepreneurial. You can develop strategies based on real world insight and experience, and your communication skills mean others will share and work to apply your vision. You are also able to develop and maintain strong and strategic relationships with suppliers and key customers. Key Duties for the role will include: » Create business proposals for new and existing opportunities to achieve sales growth » Establish and implement appropriate new processes to achieve sales growth » Interpret detailed documents & specifications » Train staff in branch so they also become the experts » Generate efficient and accurate pricing for projects » Give insights to the business regarding competition and general market activities » Give up-to-date information relating to customer activities » Establish relationships with clients and provide high standard of customer service » Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills with clients » Serve as the project coordinator and the contact person working with customer/operations to meet delivery schedules and expectations Essential Requirements: » Proven business experience, managing and building relationships across all levels of the organisation and stakeholders » Ability to analyse data, including working with MS Excel, to develop sound strategies » Considerable experience in and knowledge of the central heating market » Excellent written and verbal communication » Proficient Microsoft Office skills The successful applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test prior to the commencement of employment.
