The Company
This established business work across many different sectors providing auditing services and compliance. They work predominately in the food and wine industry and have a variety of MPI and quality standards they are required to meet. This organisation are the team that assess and certify these standards. They have offices nationally and in Tauranga are a fun close-knit team.
 
The Job
As part of the customer service team you will look after a set base of customers in the food & wine industry. You’re tasks will include:
   »  Liaising with clients to schedule their jobs
   »  Book these with the Assessors and/or Programme Specialists
   »  Admin and maintenance of the database, including working in several different CRM systems
   »  Travel bookings
 
This is a full-time position, hours Mon-Fri 8am – 4.30pm. The Ideal Person To work well in this team you’ve got to have a can-do attitude, have great communication expertise and be a good problem solver. A big part of the job is booking jobs, travel and appointments so attention to detail is important. The culture is, if mistakes are made, own it, lgain from Information technology and get on with it. We need people who aren’t precious, enjoy good banter in the office and be awesome team players.
