About the function: Shaping delivery of technology changes in a variety of initiatives as part of our Infrastructure Products group. Performing a key function in regular sprint (fortnightly) and program increment (quarterly) events and ceremonies. Working with your colleagues to remove impediments to team efficiencies and co-ordination of cross team work. Engaging external agencies in their delivery of product and services to the Ministry. We are seeking for: A working expertise of infrastructure technology, including hardware platforms, networks, voice and infrastructure applications Flexible and adaptable approach to your work Proficiency in the use of project management tools practice with scheduling, reporting and coordinating meetings Collaborative team player practice with Resource Management Demonstrated practice managing multiple projects whilst supporting the wider team Somebody with NZ Citizenship or NZ permanent residency Qualifications or practice in Agile Delivery techniques (preferred). You communicate confidently and have the capability to build relationships with your stakeholders as easily as you build relationships with your technical team.
