About the function: We are seeking for someone practiced to fill the function of Customer Service Sales Support in the Avondale office. this function is the first point of contact for the New Zealand and Australian customers. In this function you will need to have excellent written and verbal communications as you will be liaising with customers and distributors over the phone and email. You will be a people-person and enjoy dealing with people on a day-to-day, as well as being able to juggle lots of different tasks. - First point of contact for NZ + AU customers - Giving quotes and pricing - Following up outstanding orders - Processing order numbers - Liaising with customers via email and phone - Middle-man between dispatch team and sales team About you: You will be someone who is down to earth and enjoy people alike! You will have great interpersonal expertise and have a natural love for being the hub of information for clients, customers, suppliers as well as the internal sales team. The capability to follow through on multiple different tasks is a must, as well as having practice in a customer service/ support function. - Full-time - Previous practice working client facing/ support functions - Strong follow through abilities - Great communication expertise - Multitasking expertise - Bubbly personality!
