Maintenance ElectricianLocation Auckland CentralAuckland Job type Full Time Salary to Category Trades and Services > Electrical » Full time permanent role » Electrical Trade License » Penrose base Industrial Electrician Auckland Based An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our clients Electrical Reliability Team based in Penrose. You will report to the Electrical & Process Control Manager and work closely with other members within the site engineering team, leading initiatives in reducing plant downtime by conducting predictive maintenance activities, breakdown repairs, general electrical fault-finding, and to work on projects as required. You will use SAP to record and plan maintenance. In this position you will be responsible to carry out preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns to achieve a high level of production availability. You will be a Qualified Industrial Electrician who has previous experience in a similar position, ideally fast-paced production industry. Responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to: » Carry out fault-finding » Test, repair and maintain electrical equipment » Modify electrical components and systems if needed » Support on project work (major and minor rebuild and maintenance » Ad hoc duties as required We are looking for a passionate, innovative and customer focused applicant, who shares the values of teamwork, passion, respect and integrity. You will be a problem solver, someone who can think on their feet, a top-class fault finder. You will enjoy offering our client technical advice, product and equipment support. You will have an Electrical trade license with post trade qualifications towards Diploma level (Electrical & Electronics) as well as extensive mechanical maintenance experience from manufacturing or similar industry.
