We are pursuing to employ a Fixed Term (9 months Parental Leave Cover), full time, Social Media Monkey to utilise social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc), and blogs to grow our sales, brand loyalty and increase interaction with customers in the assigned categories and social profiles. This position islocated at Mighty Ape HQ inMillwater/Silverdale on the Hibiscus Coast inAuckland. Social Media MonkeyKey Accountabilities: » Manage all media channels for the departments and stores assigned, including content creation and execution. » Establish, build and grow our Instagram presence. » Lgain and share expertise with the wider marketing and sales team. » As the owner of the social media profiles, initiate and coordinate campaigns. » Assist with strategising social media channels and direction to contribute to overall business goals. » With assistance from the design team, create marketing assets. » Generate engagement, traffic and sales via marketing channels. Intelligent linking back to the websites etc. » Increase consciousness of Mighty Ape's brand, product range. » Promote industry events. » Schedule and write blogs for the content assigned. Social Media MonkeyEssential expertise, expertise, practice and Personal Attributes Required: » A minimum of 2 years' practice managing social media content for a brand. » University Degree in Marketing is desirable. » Excellent attention to detail. » Excellent communication expertise. » A proactive approach with the capability to use initiative toidentify and solve problems. » A process improvement mindset, with the capability to bring forward new ideas. » Positive "can do" attitude with proven effective time management expertise, with thecapability to meet deadlines. » Good photo and video shooting and editing expertise. » Good content creation expertise. » A master of engaging with a targeted audience. » Creative, experimental and a quick learner. » capability to change, adapt, pioneer content format to execution » Curiosity to experiment with new ideas. » Great interpersonal expertise to contact and capitalise our internal resources to help achieve the best for the social channel. » capability to share, lgain and grow with the team. » A sense of Humour : D Check out our Mighty Ape Core Values Video on our website to gain some insight into working at Mighty Ape.
