Information technology is a key function that is essentially the glue in the business and therefore requires stcapability and practice. My client is well reputed in the business world and is a collaborative organisation seeking a highly organised, meticulous personality to join the team. You will be well supported by great business professionals, responsible for five independent and dedicated direct reports, and enjoy a varied function requiring a flexible person who will work fluidly across all facets of this business.
The right person for the function will:
   » Have a strength in implementing new processes and systems
   » Be well versed in all HR matters with a strong operational background
   » Have meticulous attention to detail, and be an excellent communicator
   » Have practice superviseing brand management, communications management and internal project development
   » Have events management practice
   » As an added bonus, Information technology would be ideal if you have professional services practice
Additionally, your function will cover;
   » Leading the internal HR function
   » superviseing the mentoring, induction, and training programmes
   » Managing recruitment
   » Management of employment contracts, processes and policies
   » Co-ordination of our performance review process and staff management
   » Information technology liaison with outsourced support
