The function this function will be responsible for providing specialist advice about the Fair Pay legislation and processes to support internal and external stakeholders. Along with leading analysis and verification of evidence provided to support applications under the Fair Pay legislation. this function is accountable for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing these, preparing and reviewing reports and accessing all information that has been submitted. About you To excel in this function, you will need to have legislative knowledge and have demonstrated an knowledge in the practices of employment law and statutory decision-making process. You will show sound judgement expertise that show evidence-located decisions. You will need to have strong interpersonal expertise and having a sense of humour wouldn’t hurt! You’ll need a keen eye for detail and a well-balanced approach. If you’re practiced in employment law, mediation, disputes or have done investigations that would be a bonus.
