This specialist firm have a significant pipeline of work as a result of an increased demand for their services. They are a renown in their sector offering a host of consultancy services acting as a one stop shop. They are professional, have significant and broad in house technical skills and are a partner to many high profile clients. this function sits within their QS team and is reporting to a Senior.

Your function will involve:
   » Measuring and describing the work including the preparation of tender documentation and negotiation with contractors
   » Detailed budgets and cost plans
   » Contract Administration
   » Preparing and interpreting turnover / cash flow projections and profit / loss forecasts
   » Undertaking the valuing of variations and potential variations
   » Financial control
   » Preparation and agreement of final accounts

As a professional QS, you have a background worked in a PQS environment, at least 3 - 5 years with a sound knowledge of the working environment and professional procedures. You have strong communication skills and can work with various stakeholders.
You have ideally used Cost X to a competent level and are a member of NZIQS.
