The function is located in Mount Wellington, with parking available on site. The right candidate should be flexible to changing priorities, enjoy providing customer service with strong empathy and computer expertise.Position this function is responsible for providing timely and high-quality customer service, you will also be providing sales and admin support to the team. You will be responsible for: » Actioning incoming enquiries, ensuring field staff have correct information and required support. » Database management and administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the larger team » Liaising between customers and internal departments to ensure paperwork is processed on time and correctly. » Meeting KPI targets, positively feeding back and contributing to wider team discussions You should be: » Self managed and resilient with a positive outlook » Able to prioritise your workload » Effective communicator both written and verbally and possess strong computer expertise » Strong team player and happy to 'muck in' to assist other team members » Ideally you will have some exposure to the healthcare environment and must be able to display a level of care and empathy to customers this function is mostly Monday - Friday (normal business hours), however the occasional Saturday shift may be required (day in lieu issued) and for the right candidate our client will be flexible.
