To be prosperous for this position you will require the following expertise and practice: » practice managing and supporting End User Computing environments » capability to provide 3rd level support, resolution & monitoring » practice with SOE support, maintenance and implementation » practice with enterprise and application deployment and management tools (SCCM) » expertise of Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management (ITIL) processes » Solid scripting capability in PowerShell, VBScript, Batch, and TSQL » Excellent communication expertise What's in Information technology for you: » gain up to $115 per hour (ex.
