Broom Tractor OperatorLocation All OtagoOtago Job type Full Time Salary to Category Trades and Services > Labourers » Seasonal Road Works - Sealing Season (6 months) » Reputable Company » Camp Allowance Our client, a national leader in the civil and construction industry, is gearing up for a busy roading season - they want YOU to join them as a Tractor Broom Operator. This is a health and safety focused role with a very prestigious company and can provide you with consistent work from September to March. Experience with Chipsealing and a Class 2 truck license is preferred. Must have experience on roading sites and traffic control. This role will include weekend work (every second week), out of town jobs and long days weather permitting. This role also includes labouring duties, such as traffic control, tying down plant and maintaining gear in respectable condition. To be successful in this role you must have: » A good attitude toward the maintenance and care of machinery » MUST be able to travel up to 30% of the season » Minimum Class 2 License » Level 1 STMS » Tractor operating experience » Good level of physical fitness » Ability to work unsupervised Candidates for this role will be required to have New Zealand Residency or a New Zealand work permit.
