About the function: » You’ll provide day-to-day operational support for critical Investment data systems » We’ll get you involved in all our Agile rituals – so you’ll become an Agile guru » There will be some testing, development, system enhancements, change and release processes and other support functions » You’ll eventually become our subject matter expert in all investment data management platforms About you: » You’ll be technology curious with a desire to learn, a communicator and someone that loves the interaction of a support function that enables the teams’ success » Problem solving and troubleshooting will be your strength » You’ll possibly come from either a helpdesk or graduate technical support function and be keen to develop that further » To support our Investment team you will have strong computer expertise, particularly in the Microsoft suite of applications, Cloud platforms, databases and the capability to pick up new systems and processes quickly Working at ACC We know that a diverse and inclusive team helps us meet the needs of our customers, and we welcome candidates from every ethnicity, national origin, gender identity, age, and those with a discapability or who have additional mental health needs.
