Our unique Bistro has an outdoor kitchen which is set in the middle of the bush opposite a stunning waterfall in the Karangahake Gorge. If you love the great outdoors then this place is for you! The beach is just a short drive away and Auckland Tauranga or Hamilton is just over an hours drive. Our award winning Bistro looking for practiceD chef to join our friendly team. We have a large property with kitchen veggie gardens providing our produce so an interest in the "paddock to plate "ethos would be preferential. This would suit someone looking to progress their career and you will need to be qualified with a minimum of 3 years practice of working as a chef in a commercial kitchen. We operate a wood fired oven so any practice in this area would also be advantageous. Good rate of pay for the right applicant.
