Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking an practiced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join us and support the permanent and contract recruitment requirements of ACC’s Technology and Innovation teams. What can I expect? Partnering with our business leaders, your new function will see you design and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract future talent to ACC across a busy and often skill short technology portfolio. Flexing your recruitment skills, you will be comfortable sourcing and engaging passive talent, leveraging multiple sourcing channels, prioritising a great candidate practice and providing robust recruitment advice to our leaders; supporting them with market insights, candidate evaluation and selection decisions. With the equivalent of a ‘hybrid desk’, you will be accustomed to balancing the need to source and secure great talent at pace for contract requirements, whilst balancing permanent recruitment requirements. As part of a busy and highly committed team, you will thrive in a fast-paced function full of variety where you are encouraged to use your initiative, improve processes and provide outstanding support all over the full recruitment lifecycle to our leaders and our candidates.
