With supportive management, this an exceptional long-term opportunity to join a high performing team which offers real career progression, up skilling, training and market competitive salary rates. The company is Melbourne's leading provider of innovative lifting solutions utilising a large fleet of mobile cranes and heavy haulage vehicles. Substantial growth is on the horizon and the company requires the right people to grow with the business. Duties & Responsibilities Working within a high performing and close-knit team, the position will require you to work well within a collective environment but still be accountable and reliable to work autonomously. Reporting to the service team manager, your duties will include but not be limited to; » Servicing, maintenance and repairs on heavy commercial vehicles/crane fleet, earth moving equipment, light 4WD vehicles and minor plant machinery. » Provision of breakdown service in the field » Compliance with all company health & safety and environmental procedures » Adherence to a safe working environment » Maintenance and upkeep of workshop » Maintenance of daily records of plant, labour and materials used » Upkeep of tools and equipment used About You A team player and self-starter, you will ideally have and/or be able to demonstrate; » Relevant trade qualification or experience within the Crane, Access, Earth Moving industry » Heavy Diesel background » 4 Years' experience post trade qualification » Drivers Licence (Open) - Manual Vehicle » High Risk Licence - Forklift, Boom, Scissor (not essential but preferred) » Crane and Rigging tickets (not essential but preferred) » Hydraulic & Pneumatic experience » Welding and fabrication skills » Customer service, communication skills » Safety Awareness » Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Auto electrical /air conditioning (not essential but preferred) Please apply on line providing your cv and a covering letter or for further information contact Jayatri Chandra on 0272960577 Adecco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
