This individual will work closely with the board to provide strategic financial insights, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain strong internal controls. The Finance Manager will also lead the preparation of financial reports, oversee cash flow management, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and risk mitigation. As a key member of the finance team, the Finance Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting business decisions with data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities » Planning and reporting of budgets and forecasting » Oversee all payroll functions and ensure all payroll has been done in a timely manner » Manage risk and advise the board of any risks » Build and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external relationships Key Skills » Works as an effective team player » Demonstrates initiative » Effective written and oral communication » Delegates work appropriately » Takes ownership of tasks and delivery Qualifications Experience: At least 2-3 years experience in a senior account role Education: Relevant qualification in Accounting/Finance Skills: » Advanced understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 » Experience in management accounting in an FMCG industry » Have experience working with a governance board » Strong understanding of managing information system functions and other line management experience "As one of the world's largest employers, we believe in talent not labels, and focus on the diverse and unique skills our people bring.
