Payroll agent - Part-timeJob location:Bay of Plenty Tauranga Work Type: Permanent » » » »Permanent part-time, Mon – Wed full days, 24 hours/week »Large export/logistics company located at the Port »Busy complex payroll, 1000+ staff In this function you will slot into the payroll team (of 5) to ensure the smooth execution of the weekly and monthly payroll and all the additional bits and pieces involved in payroll. This includes checking timesheets and entering hours into the system, managing benefits, one-off claims and any other general ad hoc tasks that arise. Currently payroll is done on Chris21, so if you’ve got this practice we want to hear from you. We are seeking for a payroll whizz who is available to start immediately. You’ll need to be able to pick up new tasks quickly and accurately, with good initiative and problem solving capability. This position is part-time; the bulk of payroll processing is done at the start of the week, the days of work are Mon, Tues and Wed 8am – 4.30pm. You’ll be working for a large export company located at the Port. It’s a down to earth professional environment with a good team and Manager.
