Our group, Business Enablement and Support aims to deliver well-connected, efficient and effective corporate services that enable our people to do their best work every day. The essential services, support, tools and resources we provide help make the Ministry a great place to work.
About this function
The Senior Advisor function supports the Deputy Secretary of the Business Enablement and Support group. this function is fast paced, varied and action orientated.
Key responsibilities include the following:
   » Supporting the Deputy Secretary and other BE&S leaders to communicate change and initiatives
   » Develop and maintain a rolling programme of priority activities across BE&S and ensure appropriate communications and planning consid erations are addressed
   » Coordinating responses to OIAs, PQ’s
   » Providing the support to the Principal Advisor to monitor risks and issues related to the Office of the Deputy Secretary work
The function is an important part of the liaising and communicating with a range of key stakeholders from all over the business, government, and sector.
