This client is in the process of implementing a significant ERP "replacement" programme. There is a large number of legacy systems that are being "merged" into one that will impact on all aspects of their business. The Opportunity We require a Change Specialist to lead the people and business aspects of the impact of this major programme of work. With the programme currently in ?flight', and the first module due to go live within the next few months, this is a crucial time that requires an expert who can step in and assume responsibility with barely a blip in the process! The environment is complex with systems ranging from finance and procurement through to highly specialised areas exclusive to the operations of this business. Requirements We are seeking for someone who is highly practiced in change in a complex environment. This is not a technical Information technology function, but more one that requires a strong knowledge of broad business practice and how such a significant change impacts on people, their behaviour, and how they interact and operate in their day-to-day activities. You will need to have some practice in the Benefits Realistion area, and be able to work alongside staff and stakeholders and develop a plan and reporting structure to ensure the programme is achieving the results outlined. We would anticipate that you would need a minimum of 5-10 years in this space and at least 3 years in some sort of leadership abilities position leading change in a large and complex environment. A tertiary qualification an a Project or Change Management qualification is desirable.
