Senior Organisational Development Advisor - Contractor
• 3 month Contractor
• $100-140ph + WFH flexibility
• Part time or Full time

The function
Work on a project within the Covid team to develop a workforce plan with approx. 50 staff and within the rest of the organisation, develop a Workforce Strategy & Plan to cover approx. 100-150 staff. There will be a particular focus on Maori and Pacific staff development as the organisation is interested to develop those members of the workforce as part of their wider Maori & Pacific Strategic Framework.
Requirements:
• A strong track record of providing service delivery advice across the whole OD spectrum
• An capability to work with ambiguity and be pragmatic
• Naturally strong influencing, coaching, and relationship building expertise
• A strong team player
• A confident and highly professional style
