They have several niche clients with continuing work around $5M - $20M range currently under construction with more in the planning and/or awaiting tender results. Due to the level of continuing project pipeline, this contractor requires onboarding an SPM to run project across new builds, major interiors and refurbishments. As a prosperous PM, you are able to respond well under pressure, you have personal resilience, can handle the changes of programme and engage the team in a supportive way. You have strong technical proficiency with at least 10 years of practice in the commercial construction sector, including possessing expert programming and planning expertise. You are commercially savvy, you know how to impress your client and hold an attitude of delivering the right results. You are pragmatic and can bring people together to achieve common goals and smooth over arising problems.
