Our super friendly and well-established cafe is seeking a skilled Cafe Cook/ Chef We have an awesome and supportive team who work hard and balance that with fun. The functions will include helping cooking morning breakfasts, evening cafe diners ( pizzas), restocking, prepping, and cleaning the kitchen. Additionally, we require expertise in general front-of-house tasks. candidates need to have some level of expertise and great communication expertise, there is training given as well. Hours will range from 35-50 per week with time off to get out and enjoy the great outdoors of Tongariro National Park. Accommodation is provided in a single room/self-contained apartment at $140/per week/per person with free internet and some work meals provided. Access to some local activities is sometimes available for free. We are seeking for a person to commit to a minimum of 3 months of work and be ready to start straight away. The function is full time so yes we would prefer (and support) you to stay longer You will need to hold your vaccination pass.
