This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and pursue an apprenticeship in a skilled trade. Would suit a school leaver that wants to start a career. Key Responsibilities: » Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on construction sites. » Perform general labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials. » Help maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations. » Load and unload materials and tools as required. » Support the installation of structures, roads, and other civil engineering projects. » Follow instructions and complete tasks as directed by supervisors. » Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills. Qualifications: » No prior experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. » Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. » Basic understanding of safety practices and procedures. » Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. » Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
