DispatcherLocation Palmerston NorthManawatu Job type Temporary Salary 24 to 24 Category Manufacturing/Operations > Store person & Warehousing » Monday to Friday No weekend work!!! » Full time ongoing hours » Opportunity for upskilling Receive and process vehicle delivery requests from our distribution centers and dealerships, optimizing the allocation of resources for efficient and timely deliveries Create and maintain daily delivery schedules, utilizing the latest routing software to ensure the most efficient routes are taken by our drivers. Collaborate with transporters, drivers, and internal teams to communicate delivery updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth transportation of vehicles. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, tracking delivery status, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the transportation process. Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, ensuring all vehicles are handled with care and delivered in pristine condition. Efficiently handle any unexpected challenges, such as traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, or route changes, to ensure on-time deliveries. Uphold the highest safety standards for both our drivers and the vehicles being transported, in alignment with our cleints safety protocols. Maintain accurate and organized records of dispatch activities, including delivery logs and customer interactions. This role is Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm. All appointments will be subject to a pre-employment drug-test and security check.
