The function
We are seeking for a multitasking superstar who has superb attention to detail and goes above and beyond when Information technology comes to customer service in this admin located but very varied function.

tasks
• Providing administrative assistance to internal and external teams.
• Ensure organisation meets statutory requirements regarding related regulations.
• Assisting and contributing to reach department goals.
• Processing high amounts of applications.

expertise & practice
• Must have the highest attention to detail and accuracy
• Outstanding customer service.
• Must have strong organisation expertise and able to multi-task.
• Information technology expertise is a bonus but not essential.
• Superb communications expertise are paramount.
• Possess advanced Microsoft Office expertise.
