Te Puna Tahua Lottery Grants Board is responsible for allocating the profits from New Zealand lotteries for distribution to communities, hap? and iwi, for community benefit. It's an important function, allocating around $350 million each year. Te Tari Taiwhenua provides Secretariat services to the Board. Te Puna Tahua members are: » The Minister of Internal Affairs (Presiding Member) » The Prime Minister (or representative) » The Leader of the Opposition (or representative) » Three members appointed by the Governor-General to represent communities. You will work directly with the General Manager H?pai Hapori and the Ng? Ringa Rautaki Strategic Programmes and Partnerships team to provide insights and advice on a range of legislative, policy and delivery matters.
