With more than 50 years' experience in the game - our client has never failed to uphold health and safety in the workplace as this is their top priority. Description about the role: This is a Monday-Friday role with the hours 8.00 am - 4.30 pm, based in the heart of Albany! As a customer representative, you will be joining a team to perform certain day to day tasks such as; » Answering phone calls » Taking and processing orders » Dealing with enquiries and complaints and any other customer service tasks » Using salesforce, Movex/M3 and google suite Why you should apply: » You will be paid weekly » Full training will be provided » You will gain experience and knowledge » You will be given the chance to show cast your skills within the company » Working with a well-known industry! With this being a customer representative role, you will need certain skills to get to the next step such as: » Have customer service experience » Excellent written and verbal communication skills » Strong accuracy and attention to detail » Excellent alpha numeric data entry speed and accuracy » Computer literate in the Microsoft applications » SAP functional knowledge All appointments will be subject to a pre-employment drug test and security check.
