About the function
The purpose of this function is to provide excellent support, advice, and training to customers in relation to the purchasing process. You will be working with internal customers to ensure that customer satisfaction is met.

tasks
• Make sure that purchasing transactions are accurate and efficient
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Provide technical training and support
• Provide a helpdesk function which will include managing a central purchasing inbox, providing general advice & support and training to customers.
• Identifying system improvements

expertise & practice
• practice in a customer facing function
• knowledge of basic accounting
• Negotiation expertise
