Mo tenei turanga mahi – About this function
We have a great opportunity to join ACC’s Customer Equity team in two newly created functions as Senior Equity Advisors. These functions are fixed-term for 24 months to support ACC in building an integrated and strategic view of our customer equity challenges and response.
Huakina Te Ra, ACC’s new enterprise strategy, sets a clear vision for Tonui Ake Nei, a Thriving Aotearoa. ACC will achieve this by focusing on improving equity for our customers, ensuring the scheme is here for future generations, and working with communities to improve safety and resilience to injury.
As Senior Equity Advisor, you will advise on work programmes that focus on improving equity of access, practice, and results for our customers. Working closely with key stakeholders across the business, Information technology will be your responsibility to identify key equity initiatives and ensure they are integrated into the Equity Programme. By bringing together skills and diverse skills from across the organisation, you will help to create an equity community of practice within ACC. You will support the development of an equity roadmap where we can track, progress, and maintain equity priorities, upholding the focus on customer equity as an organisational priority.

We are seeking for Somebody with a personal commitment to equity and an consciousness of different equity perspectives. You will have a passion for building significant relationships and an capability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

   » practice embedding equity frameworks and processes in organisations
   » practice in complex programme of works with engagement across multiple stakeholders
   » capability to engage in difficult conversations and influence where necessary
   » strong customer orientation and a track record in delivering prosperous results
   » adaptive and collaborative, in a fast-paced environment
   » practice analysing customer data and input, drawing insights from those findings and feeding into design of systems and processes
   » demonstrated evaluation skills.

The midpoint of the income band for this function is $119,161 and appointment within the band will be dependent on skills, practice, and internal relativities. We also offer a nine percent superannuation contribution on top of all of our functions.
