   » Manage all incidents and requests within Service Level Agreements, providing timely and detailed updates to users as appropriate.
   » Take ownership of Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents and reports.
   » Demonstrate an knowledge of ITIL principles, in particular incident, request and problem management in a Service Desk environment.
   » Strong written and verbal communication expertise. Proven capability to write and talk about technical issues clearly and concisely.
   » Investigation and diagnostic expertise.
   » capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and good time management expertise.
   » capability to deal with practical problems.
Due to nature of the requirement you should be Permanent Resident or NZ Citizen in order to be eligible for application.
