We want all people in New Zealand to receive the support they need to avoid injury and manage their own wellbeing Our Research Advisors will play a key function in this mahi, through supporting our knowledge our customers, the challenges they face and the effectiveness of our initiatives. In our Voice of the Customer team You’ll support the design, analysis, and reporting of our customer survey programmes and monitor real time customer feedback. You’ll connect and engage across the business to share insights that have real impact on what we do at ACC. We specifically need you to help us with the survey design through to the analysis and reporting of all VOC results. This will include dashboard creations, insight summaries, reports, keep an eye on things like trends or themes. In this team we’re looking for the following: » practice in survey design ideally within a Voice of Customer or Closed Loop Feedback programmes » Previous questionnaire development, sampling, monitoring and reporting practice » Practical practice with online survey platforms » You to be keen to use your statistical analysis skills. In our Evaluation and Evidence team You’ll produce primary and secondary research, including scoping and commissioning research. You’ll also support ACC to embed evaluation practice across its work and provide critical analysis and advice for ACC’s research initiatives. In this function we particularly welcome m?tauranga M?ori research and evaluation practice, in addition to other research capabilities. In this team we’re looking for the following: » Familiarity with the Treaty and prioritise improving results for M?ori through research, evaluation, and ethics » practice in designing and completing research and evaluation projects, using both quantitative and qualitative methods to answer key research questions » practice in using and synthesising research outputs to answer key research questions and communicate findings to stakeholders » Excellent written and verbal communication skills For both teams We are seeking for a passion for delivering robust, significant insights to decision-makers with a comfort in engaging with people from a range of diverse backgrounds – forming strong, credible relationships with stakeholders If you tick a few of these boxes for these functions we’d love to hear from you!
