Scotties is a family owed and operated business, providing cheap rental cars to happy travellers for nearly 30 years. We have seen Information technology all and still enjoy helping travellers have a trip of their life time. Customer Services Representatives play a key function in the company. This is a front line function involving face-to-face customer contact with clients who hire from us. As the face of the company, you must ensure you provide excellent customer service to all clients and ensure accuracy with administration. The capability to multi task and remain calm under pressure are the key to success in this function. What you need to have: Eligible to work in New Zealand Valid drivers licence capability to engage with customers Good presentation Attention to detail capability to work as part of a team Good communication expertise Strong work ethic Can do attitude This position will be working 24 hours per week between Friday to Sunday 9am-5.30pm.
