Our busy bar and restaurant require a duty manager superstar in the stunning Waitaki Valley Township of Otematata.
The prosperous applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Lead a small team in a busy late-night venue.
- Enjoy late nights, live music & busy weekends.
- Strong knowledge of NZ cuisine and beverages.
- practice in senior/management functions preferred.
- Advanced English.
- Great communication expertise.
- A positive attitude.
- Excellent leadership abilities expertise.
- Be competent, reliable and eager to grow in this industry.
- Ambition to learn.
- A calm, efficient and effective approach when under pressure.
- Managing customer feedback and complaints.
- Cash handling practice.
- broad knowledge of NZ sale and supply of alcohol laws.
- Current Managers Certificate.
We would be happy to train an practiced bar person to a managers position if you ticked all the right boxes.
