As part of this success and growth they are now looking for a new Specialist to join their team in a technical function acting as the link between the client and the technical team, providing innovative solutions and combining your customer service expertise to ensure positive results for clients. Engaging with both sides you will provide technical specifications to the technical team and contact with the client around their requirements ensuring the final product is fit for purpose and cost effective. About You You will be a detail focused individual possibly with a background providing technical specification, however a passion for Information technology is essential. You will be customer centric and strive for the best outcome for the organisation and the customer. You will have excellent attention to detail, and the capability to communicate and build relationships with engineers and workshop specialists, whilst always having the customer at the forefront of decision making.
