As an organisation, we take pride and place significant importance in enabling the delivery of our Aka Strategy (M?ori health equity strategy which is a key underpinning strategy for Manaaki Ora (our overarching organisational strategy)., Reporting to General Manager – M?ori Health and Equity and collaboratively with K?hui Mauaka team, this newly created function will be responsible for providing efficient administration support to ensure the smooth running of the K?hui Mauaka. You will be responsible for organising meetings and minute taking, diary management, managing travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, reports and presentations, drafting communications and providing general administrative support. To be prosperous you will have: » Proven practice in a senior administration function within a complex organisation » The capability to navigate te ao M?ori and a desire to improve their te reo M?ori expertise. » Culturally competent, with a good knowledge of tikanga and the application of Te Tiriti ?
