Wines are grown and vinted onsite and are served in our Spanish-themed restaurant. We are an organisation where sustaincapability is at the core of everything that we do - power is generated onsite, all waste products are fermented, composted, and returned to the earth, and renewables and up-cyclables are our building blocks. People need to be looked after in a sustainable manner too! Pastoral and professional mentoring is at the heart of our practice. We are an accredited teaching institution and have had chefs, front of house and viticultural apprenticeships for many years. We also advocate for healthy and safe practices in all areas of our endeavours. We are currently looking for fabulous kitchen hands. practice is always preferred; however, Information technology is not necessary as full training will be provided. There is the opportunity to lgain more about a working kitchen and gain food preparation and other culinary expertise if that is something you are interested in.
