HR AdministratorJob location:Wellington Wellington Central Work Type: Contract » » » HR Administrator • Up to $60k • 12 month fixed term • Amazing team culture The function The Administrator People and Capcapability provides proactive and solution-orientated administration support across People and Capcapability activities, with a particular focus on recruitment and selection, to leverage the work of the team and delivery of the work programme. The Administrator also provides support for staff learning and development activities and maintains accurate training records for all staff. This position includes day to day operational tasks and support for projects. Responsibilities • Provide proactive and solution-oriented administration support across all People and Capcapability activities • Provide support in line with agreed parameters, policies and processes, referring to the Manager, Senior Advisor or Advisor People and Capcapability as appropriate. • Prepare and populate template documents • Provide support to People and Capcapability projects and report on project progress as appropriate • Administer and coordinate employee benefits, programmes and events. • Maintain up to date and accurate training records for all staff • Other tasks undertaken as may reasonably be assigned by the Manager People and Capcapability.
