As a Recovery adjunct, you will proactively engage with our clients and support them through their recovery, using your excellent customer service expertise. You will have no problem engaging with clients regularly via phone and email and be confident delivering exceptional service with every conversation. You will guide them to plan their rehabilitation, including any treatment and supports, and ensure they understand how we can help. You will be part of a team with shared responsibility for case management of a pool of customers. You will answer client queries and be allocated tasks to deliver the best next action for our clients. What would I need to be prosperous? » practice in managing client emails and phone queries – you will be someone who enjoys being on the phone and have an excellent phone manner » Great communications expertise – relate to a variety of people and simplify complex information » An capability to work flexibly in an environment where no two days are the same, quickly changing your focus as the need arises » Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is focused on continuously improving » capability to make great decisions which will help minimise the impact of injury and support our clients return to independence » capability to follow workflows and processes » Excellent computer and software expertise » Case Management practice and expertise of the health sector and rehabilitation would be advantageous What’s in Information technology for me? Joining as part of a wider intake of Recovery adjuncts you will have a support crew from day one, and as you progress through your training will be working as a part of a supportive team who will help you lgain and grow in your function. The indicative base income sits at $57,938, on top of this ACC will make a 9% superannuation contribution. The hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm flexibility may be required. You will also have the opportunity to work in the house up to two days every week if you wish.
