About the function As the Office and Accounts Administrator, you will be pivotal in providing support to the office team. You will be a team player, willing to give anything a go and help wherever help is needed. Being able to multitask, having high attention to detail and a friendly attitude will get you a long way in this function! this function would suit a recent graduate, someone starting out in their career or looking to join a supportive team in a varied function. expertise • Entering and reconciling supplier invoices • Debtors • Internal stock inventory and control • Production warehouse stock and job control • Assisting with other day to day administrative requirements To be prosperous in a Finance agent function • Previous practice in a similar New Zealand function or significant qualifications. • Excellent communication expertise, spoken and written. • Problem solver with analytical expertise and high attention to detail. • Tech savvy with expertise in financial modelling, and Microsoft Suite.
