Job Opportunity: Team Administrator for Learning Support:Te Aho o Te Kura PounamuJob description:Job DescriptionTeam Administrator (Learning Support)Full Time (40 hours) Permanent located in Christchurch Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu (Te Kura) is New Zealand’s largest school. We provide personalised and authentic learning programmes through distance education from early childhood level to year 13, including to young adult and adult learners. Our vision is to enable our students to achieve their educational and personal goals, empowering them to become engaged and contributing members of their communities. The Southern Region Learning Support Team, Hine H?aka, is responsible for resourcing to support the educational aspirations of students (?konga) with diverse learning needs. Our focus is on connecting and collaborating to build effective partnerships and approaches that achieve better results for our ?konga. The Team Administrator provides efficient and high-quality administrative support to our team. This is a busy and varied function, you’ll be a key person in the team and involved in a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities. This integral function calls for a proactive and practiced Administrator with well-developed emotional intelligence, who is very familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, invoices, databases and general administration tasks.
