Pou Matua Takitaki - Cluster Leaders Administrator
Permanent (FTE 0.80) 32 hours per week

We are seeking for courageous, passionate and driven individuals who are inspired by Te Tiriti o Waitangi and want to be part of leading a paradigm shift toward Toi Ora within Te Moana a Toi. Te Pare ? Toi are transforming into a ?Change engine' for Toi Ora. As part of our development, we have a new opportunity for Pou Matua Takitaki.
What you can expect day-to-day:
If you have a proven record of proficient administration practice in health or social care and have a desire to contribute to the values of Hauora ? Toi, then this function is for you. The function will deliver administration to the Te Pare ? Toi Senior leadership abilities team's strategic operations and provide professional leadership abilities and support to Te Pare ? Toi Administration Team district wide.
This is a full time function across both Tauranga Moana and Whakatane, working 32 hours per week.
The function will be responsible for:
   » Acting as the point of contact between the Te Pare ? Toi Cluster Leaders (Senior leadership abilities Team) and internal/ external business partners.
   » Delegate service requests and operational correspondence to the wider leadership abilities team as appropriate.
   » Make travel arrangements, screen, and manage emails, meetings requests and phone calls.
   » Coordinate Cluster leadership abilities team meetings and take minutes.
   » Coordinate regionally for Te Pare o Toi Cluster Leaders across both Tauranga and Whakat?ne site.
   » Support professional leadership abilities for Te Pare ? Toi Administration Team, across both sites.
   » Support the implementation of Te Pare ? Toi models of care.
   » Championing and supporting Toi Ora expertise and competence within the workforce.
We are seeking for:
   » An administrator with 3+ years' practice in similar senior administration functions.
   » Advantage to be familiar with health sector or with iwi organisations.
   » An organised and business savvy individual capable of working autonomously and within teams.
   » Excellent verbal and written communication expertise, with a commitment to te reo me ona tikanga. Support will be provided for continued learning and application. We want to be a Te Reo speaking team.
   » practice of office management systems and proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
   » Driven to apply Te A? M?ori views, concepts, expertise, and practices in your work tasks.
   » Demonstrates, exudes, and embeds behaviours consistent with He Pou Oranga T?ngata Whenua and the BOPDHB Manaakitanga values.
